Peace for Road Trips

It’s summer time, and summer means vacation! But if you’re a family like us who goes on many a long car trip, sometimes you need a little help keeping the kids calm and getting along in the backseat. Don’t worry- there’s oils for that!

I don’t know about you but I like some peace in my life, especially when it comes to road trips. The fun part about dōTERRA is they actually have an essential oil blend that is called Peace so I make sure to pack that for all my long car trips, or just anytime I’m in the car. dōTERRA’s Peace was made as part of their Emotional Aromatherapy System and is only one of six wonderful blends to help keep your and your family’s emotions balanced.

All six aromatherapy blends come in either a regular essential oil bottle or roller bottle, which are great for ease of application while traveling or for use on kids, since they come pre-dilluted.

Two other great blends to help keep the peace in the car are Serenity and Balance. Just like their names imply, these oils will help you find serenity and balance in the face of stress. Serenity is a kid favorite, with the primary scent being lavender and vanilla, while Balance has a woodsy aroma that’s great for people who want to avoid smelling sweet (like most men I know!).
