This oil can be used for both those purposes and many more. Add peppermint to water to help prevent upset stomach, rub onto abdomen to soothe indigestion, apply to the forehead or back of the neck to reduce tension headaches, and diffuse in the air to help kids and adults alike wake up and focus.
