Fractionated Coconut Oil

Fractionated Coconut Oil– This is an amazingly overlooked product!  Here is how our day goes with FCO. fractionated-coconut-oil

We start by pulling with FCO.  That means I squirt about a teaspoon into my mouth then swish as long as possible.  I then swallow and proceed to brush my teeth.   At my last dentist visit I had ZERO plaque on my teeth!  My husband, whose dentist recommended a deep cleansing, now has his own bottle with OnGuard drops added to it for swishing before he brushes his teeth.

I remove yesterday’s mascara with FCO then hop in the shower.  There is a teaspoon of it added to my body wash for an extra overall moisturizing.  When I dry off, I rub a little on each leg.  Perfect for those freshly shaved legs.

Time for my makeup.  I apply FCO as my base coat before I put on my mineral type makeup.  It helps the makeup stay on better and has a reported SPF of 4-8. I know that is not much but probably enough for the sun I get running in and out during my errands.

My grandson, age 8, experiences frequent constipation.  We add a teaspoon to his favorite drink in a shot glass.  That starts things zipping along.

Of course it is the perfect choice for diluting our essential oils.  Adding FCO will allow you to be confident the oil you choose is not going to sting sensitive skin and FCO helps the oil you are using to linger on your skin longer.   It does not go rancid and it will not stain your clothes so it is a good choice to add to your pillow spray or perfume.

I have a hair repair recipe with FCO which I will share with you if you email me a request for that recipe.  kreviere@gmail.com I have seen amazing results on my damaged hair.  It is looking like it did in my younger days.  The frizz is better controlled and it doesn’t have that “over colored” look.

My husband has taken up riding a motorcycle.  The helmet makes his scalp itch and his hair fall out!  Yikes!  I insist he wear the helmet no matter how uncomfortable.  This recipe has taken care of the helmet created problems.
