Photosensitivity or phototoxicity is a skin reaction seen when certain essential oils (usually cBergamotitrus oils) are exposed to UVA light. Inflammation, reddening or burning of the skin are common photosensitivity. Therefore, it is critical to keep skin that has been exposed to these oils out of the sun or away from UV lamps for 12 hours.

We have always been able to find last minute hotels at good rates while traveling. Making a string of reservations will keep you from enjoying the flexibility that makes vacation fun. Yes, there are certain places that we really want to stay that will sell out. Book those. When we travel to Nashville there is a unique bed and breakfast we like to stay at in Mississippi. I book that spot for the nights we will be there well in advance. There are numerous hotels in Nashville. I wait for the last minute to book those because I am willing to let one of the bargain finding, last minute, websites recommend a hotel for that city. The internet has changed the way we travel. Don’t let your reservations tell you where you have to be. You may change your mind. Continue reading
